Police bust Palestinian bomb-making operation, arrest 2

Israel Police reveals that security forces raided an explosives-manufacturing laboratory in a Palestinian town east of Jerusalem overnight Monday.

A statement from police spokeswoman Luba Samri says the facility in Abu Dis manufactured at least 30 explosive devices that were hurled at Israeli security forces during protests since the beginning of the year.

Two people were arrested during the raid on suspicion of manufacturing the bombs and taking part in violent protests.
