Police say cops opened fire at car that accelerated toward them in Ar’ara; 5 wounded
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GooglePolice officers opened fire on a car this morning after it accelerated toward them following shots toward it from another vehicle in the southern Bedouin town of Ar’ara, the Israel Police say.
Five people were wounded in the incident, three of whom were arrested, police say.
At least one of the people sustained serious wounds, according to the Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.
Officers who searched the offending vehicle found the gun and magazines that the suspects allegedly used to fire the shots, according to police.
