Rocket sirens sound in Gaza border towns; multiple projectiles intercepted

After a brief lull, rocket sirens sound once around in the southern town of Sderot and a number of Gaza border communities.
Missile defense systems intercept a number of projectiles.
There are no immediate reports of casualties or damage.
Earlier on Saturday the Israel Defense Forces said at least 160 rockets have been fired at Israel since Friday afternoon, however dozens more have been launched from Gaza since that update.
