Shipping data shows sharp drop in Hormuz traffic over the weekend after Iranian attacks

Shipping through the Strait of Hormuz slowed over the weekend, data shows, following attacks on tankers, while US-Iran talks to resolve the Middle East conflict stall.

Five commodity vessels transited the strait on Saturday, with none registered for Sunday, shiptracking data from Kpler shows, versus 31 in the prior weekend.
