Two terrorists convicted of killing an Israeli teenager in 2019 are sentenced to life imprisonment.

Along with the life terms, a military court hands Qassem Asafra an additional 40-year sentence, while Nasir Asafra gets another 20 years. The two convicts are cousins.

Dvir Sorek, 18, was stabbed to death near the West Bank settlement of Migdal Oz in August 2019. He was a yeshiva student enrolled in a program combining Torah study with military service.
