‘We warned of dangers at Ariel Junction’

Referring to a stabbing attack near the Ariel Junction in the West Bank, Yossi Dagan, the head of the Samaria Regional Council, says he had warned security officials of the dangers posed by Palestinian workers who are dropped off at the site.

“The problem is the loss of our ability to deter attackers – the buses that come here full of illegal aliens and Palestinians. We warned about this problem, and now we see the results,” he says.
