Woman killed, two wounded in collision involving 3 buses, medics say
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA woman approximately 80 years old has been killed and two others aged about 70 have sustained serious and moderate wounds, respectively, in a collision involving three buses in Ashkelon, first responders say.
The three women were pedestrians, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.
Medics declared the first woman dead on the spot and rushed the other two women to the southern city’s Barzilai Hospital, according to police and the ambulance service.
Police say they have launched an investigation into the collision and are facilitating the flow of traffic.
