Man found dead in Kiryat Bialik park
Police investigating death of 67-year-old in the Haifa-area suburb; body reportedly had no signs of violence

A 67-year-old man was found dead Wednesday morning in a park in the Haifa-area suburb of Kiryat Bialik.
The unidentified man was pronounced dead by Magen David Adom paramedics responding to the scene, adjacent to Hogla Street.
“When we arrived at the scene we found a 67-year-old man lying unconscious without a pulse and not breathing,” MDA medic Yaniv Shweiger said. “After performing medical tests at the scene we had to declare him dead.”
Police opened an investigation into the man’s death.
According to the Ynet news site, an initial investigation reveled no signs of violence on the body.
