Man killed in brawl in Ashdod park; 3 suspects arrested
Police say death being investigated as a murder; stab wounds said found on body of victim Yafim Marhasin, in his 60s

The body of a man in his 60s was found in a park in the coastal city of Ashdod on Wednesday morning.
Police said that the death was being investigated as a murder and that three suspects had been arrested.
The Ynet news site reported that it was believed a fight broke out between a group of men, all in their 50s and 60s. The deceased man was found with stab wounds on his body.
The victim was later named as Yafim Marhasin.
It was unclear if any other individuals involved in the brawl required medical treatment.
Medics pronounced Marhasin’s death at the scene.
According to the Kan public broadcaster, the people who found the victim’s body were given psychological assistance.
