11-year-old boy struck by car and killed
Victim pronounced dead shortly after arriving at hospital
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn 11-year-old boy, Issa Amash, was struck by a car and killed in the village of Jisr al-Zarqa Saturday. He had sustained serious head injuries.
Magen David Adom arrived at the scene, and the boy was rushed to Hillel Yaffa Medical Center in Hadera, where he was pronounced dead.
Police took the driver of the vehicle, a 46-year-old resident of the village, in for questioning.
