Israel fourth in list of family friendly countries
Survey of expat parents compiled by InterNations has Austria at first place, followed by Finland and Sweden

Israel ranked fourth in a list of world countries in which it is best to raise a family.
The 2015 Family Life Index poll, published by InterNations, asked expat parents to rate the country they moved to in terms of the quality, cost and availability of childcare and education.
Austria topped the list, followed by Finland at second place, and Sweden at third.
The US and Britain both failed to make the world’s top 20.
