A man in his 50s allegedly shot and killed his wife in front of their 14-year-old daughter, while driving near Petah Tikva.
Police arrested the husband, who was riding alongside his wife in the car, on suspicion of murder.
“I shot my wife,” the husband told emergency services over the phone, according to Ynet. He reportedly holds a pistol license as a security guard at a Petah Tikva school.
According to initial reports, an argument broke out between the married couple and the husband pulled out a gun and shot his wife in the head.
Magen David Adom paramedics attempted to resuscitate the woman, but pronounced her dead shortly thereafter.
