Islamic Jihad member said killed in IDF operation near Hebron
Palestinian reports identify suspect as Muhammad al-Fakih; 5 others injured in violent clashes with troops during mililitary activity

A member of terror group Islamic Jihad was killed Tuesday night during an IDF operation to arrest him near the West Bank City of Hebron.
He was identified by Palestinian media reports as Muhammad al-Fakih.
Violent riots broke out between the soldiers and armed Palestinians trying to prevent the arrest in the village of Surif, just north of Hebron.
At least five Palestinians were injured when the IDF responded with riot-dispersal means
There were no reported injuries among the Israeli troops.
The electricity in the village has been shut off, according to Hebrew-language media reports.
