Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday released a video on his social media platforms wishing Americans a “Happy Thanksgiving.”
On the eve of the traditional US holiday, which kicks off the festive holiday period, Netanyahu said in a short video posted to his followers on Facebook and Twitter: “Happy Thanksgiving to our great friends — the people of America.”
“Thanksgiving is a great time to be with your family and your loved ones, to rejoice, to count your blessings,” the prime minister continued.
“We count our blessing of having this extraordinary friendship with the United States of America. We give thanks to that every day,” he added.
“Happy Thanksgiving to you all,” Netanyahu concluded.
