Israeli killed in skiing accident in Georgia

43-year-old man found buried under avalanche during trip with friends; his body will be flown home

A 43-year-old Israeli was killed in a skiing accident in Georgia on Friday, accord to reports Saturday.

According to Ynet, Meir Litmanovitch was skiing along with four other friends at the Gudauri ski resort when he became separated.

He was found buried under an avalanche.

The Foreign Ministry was aiding in bringing his body home.
