Blue and White: Netanyahu’s call for unity a ‘bluff,’ he’s angling for 3rd elections

The Blue and White party dismisses Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s call for it to join a government that includes his Likud party and its right-wing religious allies, saying the premier’s true aim is to force a third straight round of elections.

“Netanyahu doesn’t want unity — he is again dragging the country to superfluous elections and on the way is threatening wars,” Blue and White says in a statement, referring to Netanyahu’s assertions that his proposed unity government is needed to address growing security challenges.

“The citizens of Israel aren’t buying the bluff.”
