Former lawmaker Erel Margalit is warning that Iranian hackers are constantly targeting a range of top-secret Israeli targets and may have stolen the plans for Israel’s naval submarines.
Margalit, a high-tech entrepreneur, says at a conference that the Iranians managed to hack into the computers of Thyssenkrup shipbuilders, who construct Israel’s submarines.

“Iranian actors managed to steal the blueprints for the Israeli submarines from Thyssenkrup,” he says speaking at a security conference.
“Israeli nuclear scientists are attacked every day,” he warns, saying it is all only a prelude to a greater cyber conflict.
In the Knesset, Margalit had chaired the task force on cyber protection.
