Heavy rains delay flights at Ben Gurion

Torrential rains in central Israel this evening are causing havoc, with flights interrupted at Ben Gurion airport.

All take-offs and landings were postponed by at least half an hour, Channel 2 reports.

Meanwhile, roads in Ra’anana are flooded leaving several cars submerged. There are also reports of snow on Mt. Hermon in the Golan Heights.
