IDF denies reports that Israeli spy’s remains were found in Syria
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAfter Israeli and Russian authorities denied reports that Israeli spy Eli Cohen’s remains have been found in Syria, the Israel Defense Forces also says there is no truth to that rumor.
“Following a number of queries, the IDF Spokesperson would like to emphasize that no progress has been made in locating the body of Eli Cohen, and that reports claiming Russian retrieval of his body are incorrect,” the military says, in a tweet.
