IDF: Overnight strikes in Beirut targeted several Hezbollah weapons production facilities
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAir strikes in the Dahiyeh neighborhood of Beirut overnight targeted several Hezbollah sites, including weapons production facilities and other military infrastructure, the IDF says in a statement.
“The terrorist organization Hezbollah intentionally builds its weapons production and military sites under the heart of Beirut and embeds them in population centers in the city,” the military says, adding that the IDF is continuing to operate “to ensure the restoration of security to the State of Israel and its citizens.”
The IDF releases footage of the overnight strikes.
