IDF reportedly shells Hamas border post after explosion near Gaza
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Israeli military fires a shell at a Hamas observation post along the Gaza border, apparently in response to the launching of balloon-borne explosive devices from the Strip, Palestinian media reports.
There are no immediate reports of Palestinian injuries.
Earlier this afternoon, one such explosives-laden balloon reportedly detonated over Sderot in southern Israel, causing no injuries or damage.
The Israeli retaliatory attack is not immediately confirmed by the military.
