The Israel Defense Forces says nine rockets were launched at Israel from Lebanon a short while ago, setting off alarms in Nahariya and nearby towns.

The IDF says five of the projectiles were intercepted by the Iron Dome air defense system, as the remainder were not headed for populated areas.

There are no reports of injuries or damage in the attack.
