IDF strikes Hezbollah observation post in response to attacks from Lebanon

The Israel Defense Forces says it struck a Hezbollah observation post in southern Lebanon in response to attacks on the northern border today.

It says mortars were fired at Mount Dov and the Margaliot area, and Hezbollah members opened fire with light arms at the Misgav Am area.

The IDF says it also responded with artillery shelling to each incident.
