Iranian diplomat extradited to Belgium over ‘bomb plot’ in France
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn Iranian diplomat linked to an alleged bomb plot against an Iranian opposition rally in France is extradited to Belgium from Germany, prosecutors say.
The Vienna-based Iranian, who has previously been identified as Assadollah Assadi, is handed over and will appear tomorrow before the Belgian judge in charge of the case, Wenke Roggen, a spokeswoman for the Federal Prosecutor’s Office tells AFP.
