Jerusalem Arab teen arrested for abusing horse
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA 17-year-old Palestinian youth from Jabel Mukaber in Jerusalem was arrested after a resident of Armon Hanatziv, a nearby Jewish neighborhood, saw him and his friends mistreating a horse.
Representatives of animal rescue services arrived at the scene and the youth was taken for interrogation by Israel Police. He confessed to the allegations.
The other suspects ran away but police expect to arrest them in the coming days.
