Kenya expels 2 Iranians over Israeli embassy plot

Kenya kicks out two Iranian nationals who were charged in an alleged plot to attack the Israeli embassy in Nairobi.

The two were charged earlier this month with collecting information to carry out a terrorist attack after they were allegedly found with video footage of the Israeli embassy.

Israel Radio reports that the charges were dropped after Kenya’s prosecutors struck a deal with the Iranian embassy in Nairobi, and the two were expelled from the country.
