Netanyahu: Iran conflict ends when regime falls or gives up its nuclear program; Mamdani fomenting hate against Jews

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says that the conflict with Iran will end when the regime falls, or once Iran “realize[s] that the cost of wreaking economic chaos through the world, murdering thousands of its own citizens, and shooting at everyone… when this regime is either toppled or it is sufficiently weakened that it knows it has to end its nuclear program.”

Speaking to Fox News, Netanyahu says that “with a deal or without a deal,” Iran’s nuclear program must come to an end.

Netanyahu warns Iran that Israel will hit the Islamic Republic hard if it is targeted.

“If Iran or its proxies attack Israel,” Netanyahu says, “it will make a terrible mistake, because our response, Israel’s response, will be very, very forceful.”

He says that in his planned meeting with US President Donald Trump, he is not focusing on presenting new information, because the two intelligence communities are cooperating so closely. “It’s a good thing to have the opportunity to sit with our good friend President Trump and to hear what he has in mind,” Netanyahu says of the future of the Iran conflict, “because I think in many ways it’s his decision.”

Netanyahu says he is “absolutely” coming to New York for the United Nations General Assembly in September, and that New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani is “fomenting hate” against Jews.

“I intend to come and speak the truth, speak for Israel and the Israeli-American alliance from the podium of the United Nations,” he says.

Netanyahu says Mamdani is “supporting the Hamas murderers.”

He says he is “very concerned” about losing the Democratic party.

Netanyahu alleges that mainstream Democrats are joining the party’s anti-Israel “fringe” because their families are being harassed by activists.

He says that Trump was “absolutely right” to say that Saudi Arabia would only get “a civilian” nuclear deal in exchange for normalization with Israel, adding, “I stress ‘civilian’ because the last thing we want, and I’m sure the last thing the president wants, is a military nuclear program in Saudi Arabia.”
