Report: No institutional anti-Semitism at Oxford Labour Club
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAn investigation into anti-Jewish sentiment at Oxford University Labour Club finds there is no institutional anti-Semitism, but there are “difficulties.”
The Jewish Chronicle reports that Baroness Janet Royall, the Labour peer heading the probe, is to make 11 recommendations for “immediate and sustained action” for the club, regarding complaints made against it. Another seven issues will be raised with the Labour Party’s own internal inquiry into anti-Semitism, the report says.
Baroness Royall also advises against lifetime bans for Labour members who are found guilty of anti-Semitism.
