Syria anti-IS forces say Trump administration supplied armored cars
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA coalition fighting the Islamic State group in Syria has received US armored vehicles for the first time, and a promise of new US support, a coalition spokesman told AFP Tuesday.
“American armored vehicles have arrived for the Syrian Democratic Forces for the first time. This happened after the new US administration came to power,” said spokesman Talal Sello, adding that US President Donald Trump’s administration had “promised extra support.”
