UK leader says will press Israel against actions ‘which make peace difficult’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleBritish PM Boris Johnson reiterates his concerns over Israeli annexation, saying such unilateral action “would be damaging” to peace and “contrary to international law.”
In a letter to an MP, Johnson says he has stressed this to Israel’s leadership and says his government “will continue to press Israel and the Palestinians strongly on the need to refrain from taking actions which make peace more difficult.”
