‘We will dance again’: Freed hostage Mia Schem gets new ink commemorating day of rave massacre

Mia Schem, who was kidnapped from the Supernova rave during Hamas’s October 7 onslaught and was later released as part of a temporary truce deal, unveils her new tattoo, commemorating the ordeal.

Schem shares photos of the tattoo on Instagram. It includes the words “We will dance again,” alongside October 7, the date in which she and scores of others were abducted from the festival, and over 360 others were massacred there.

“I will never forget October 7, 2023,” she writes in the Instagram post. “The pain and the fear, the difficult sights, the friends who won’t come back and those we must bring back. But we will win, we will dance!”
