Police requested help from the public late Sunday in locating two teenage girls who have been missing from their home city of Eilat.

Dana Kordova and Lior Malka, both 15-years-old, left their homes in the southern Israeli city on Sunday evening and have not been seen or contacted since, police said in a statement.

They were probably together, police added.

Kordova was described as being 1.60 meters (5 feet 2.5 inches) tall, with light skin, brown eyes and a nose ring.

Malka was said to also be 1.60 meters tall, to have brown eyes and brown hair, and to have last been known to wear black pants and an yellow-colored shirt.

“Anyone who knows anything about their whereabouts is requested to contact Israel Police by dialing 100, or to call the Eilat division at 08-6362444,” the police statement said.
