Israeli jets hit back at Gaza Saturday night after a weekend which saw a Grad and Kassam rockets shot at southern Israel.
Two Gazans were lightly injured in the strike, which hit the Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza City, according to Palestinian reports.

Seven rockets were fired at Israel from the Gaza Strip this weekend, including a Grad rocket which struck near Beer Sheva Saturday, Channel 10 reported.
Sirens blared in Beer Sheva on Saturday just before noon and residents scrambled for shelter. The Grad impacted in an open area outside of town; no injuries were reported.

Another rocket aimed at Israeli towns malfunctioned and damaged a house in the Gaza Strip, but no casualties were reported.
Wednesday night terrorist cells fired three rockets which landed in the Ashkelon and Eshkol areas. These were followed by two additional rockets on Friday, part of a coordinated assault on the Gaza-Israel border fence that included IEDs and RPG fire.
The intensification of hostilities along Israel’s southern border with Gaza coincided with the coordinated attacks on Israeli diplomats in Georgia, India, and Thailand. Whether this is coincidence or part of a renewed campaign is unknown.
Since the beginning of the year, more than 30 rockets have been fired at Israel from the Hamas-controlled Gaza Strip.
