A 3-year-old child was killed Saturday when hit by a vehicle in the southern town of Hura.
The boy was not immediately publicly named.
Paramedics arrived on the scene and attempted to resuscitate the child before taking him to a clinic for further medical care.
The boy’s death was declared at the clinic.
Police said they opened an investigation into the incident.
