Confusion reported at scene after attack

A reporter at the scene in Tel Aviv says there is much confusion in the area in the wake of the attack, which was not isolated to one area but spread out across one of the busiest intersections in the country.
Pictures from the scene show dozens of ambulances and police cars, with troops and police officers attempting to gain control of the situation.
Channel 2 reports that the soldier was stabbed in the head with a screwdriver.
