Deif like Bin Laden, Israel must seize opportunity to kill him — Gideon Sa’ar
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleInterior Minister Gideon Sa’ar says Hamas military wing commander Muhammad Deif is “like [Osama] Bin Laden. He’s an arch-murderer. If an opportunity to liquidate him presents itself, it should be taken.”
Speaking to Army Radio, Sa’ar says Israel’s IDF operation in Gaza must be renewed.
“You can achieve quiet through a war of attrition, or through a ground operation into Gaza City,” he says.
The goal must be to break Hamas, he says.
