Deri revokes residency for 4 East Jerusalem terror suspects

Interior Minister Aryeh Deri revokes the residency of four Palestinians from East Jerusalem charged with killing Israelis in terror attacks, the Ynet news website reports.

Three of the four are charged with killing 64-year-old Alexander Levlovitz when they threw rocks at his car in Jerusalem on Rosh Hashanah, causing a fatal crash.

The fourth is charged with killing three Israelis in an attack on a bus in the capital several weeks later.

“This is an exceptional step but the severity of their actions completely justifies my decision,” Deri says in an announcement of the move.
