Germany’s Merkel to visit Israel for first time time in 4 years

In an exclusive interview with Israel’s Channel 10 news just weeks ahead of US President Donald Trump’s decision on whether to pull Washington out of the Iranian nuclear accord, Merkel asserts that Germany still prefers the existing deal, despite Israeli opposition.
The German chancellor says that Berlin is “very worried” about the Iranian missile threat and accordingly is holding talks with Washington to address the issue.
