IDF strikes Iranian space research center, air defense factory in Tehran

The IDF says it destroyed an Iranian space research center and a factory used to manufacture air defense systems during a wave of strikes in the Tehran area last night.
As part of the wave of strikes, the Israeli Air Force hit “dozens of Iranian terror regime infrastructure sites” in Iran’s capital, the military says.
Among the targets was Iran’s primary space research center, which the military says “contained strategic laboratories used for research and development of military satellites for various purposes, including surveillance, targeting, and directing fire toward targets across the Middle East.”
Additionally, the IDF says it struck several sites used by Iran to produce air defense systems, including a “central factory.”
It says the strike “significantly degrades the Iranian terror regime’s ability to rehabilitate its aerial defense array.”
