Navy rescues 3 civilians from drowning off Nahariya coast, IDF says

The Israeli Navy says it rescued several civilians who were at risk of drowning off the coast of Nahariya in northern Israel this morning.
Sailors of the 914th Patrol Squadron were dispatched to the area, where they located and rescued two civilians. The IDF says the forces carried out resuscitation efforts “for a long time” on the civilians, saving their lives.
Separately, the same force located another man who had lost his boat and was at risk of drowning in the same area. The military says the sailors also brought him ashore.
The three civilians were handed over to medical officials for further treatment, the IDF adds.
