PM addresses Knesset, Joint List MKs walk out

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gets up to speak before the Knesset and the Joint (Arab) List lawmakers walk out of the plenary, Army Radio’s Ido Ben-Baji reports.

Netanyahu says that he’s ordered a massive call-up to reinforce security in Jerusalem and the West Bank in response to the uptick in terrorist attacks on Israelis.

Netanyahu says at the Knesset that “our enemies have not yet learned.”

“A hundreds years of terrorism. A hundred years in which they try to destroy the Zionist enterprise,” the prime minister tells the Knesset in the opening address of the winter session of the Knesset. “Terrorism will not defeat us.”
