Netanyahu: My opposition to Iran deal didn’t harm our US ties
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleNetanyahu says that his opposition to the Iran nuclear deal during the Obama administration, “contrary to the false statements, did not harm or ruin our relationship with America, because the strong alliance between us is strong even when there are disagreements between us.”
“I am proud that despite our disagreements with President Obama,” Israel got the largest-ever military aid package under his leadership, he says.
Netanyahu says that he only sees the interests of Israel, not whether the US administrations is Republican or Democrat, and says he will continue to defend the state’s interests.
