Prosor urges Ban to condemn attacks

Israel’s Ambassador to the UN Ron Prosor calls on UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to condemn the recent terror attacks against Israeli citizens including the murder of Malachy Moshe Rosenfeld, as he condemned recent attacks in France, Tunisia and Kuwait, Israel Radio reports.

According to Prosor, since the beginning of Ramadan, two weeks ago, there has been a dramatic rise in the number of attacks against Israelis. Prosor says the recent attacks are part of a growing trend of global terrorism and says attacks against Israelis are a “direct result” of incitement by the Palestinian Authority in the media and the education system.

Prosor also calls on the Palestinian leadership to break its silence regarding the attacks and condemn the killing of innocents.
