Report: No link between Geneva suspects and Paris attacks
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSwitzerland’s federal police says that it has no information linking the suspected extremists reportedly roaming Geneva to the deadly attacks that took place in Paris on November 13.
Earlier, Swiss police raised the security alert level in Geneva after reportedly receiving intelligence that at least four suspected extremists are in the area.
“The Geneva police, on the basis of this information, have increased their level of vigilance and reinforced the number of police agents on the ground,” the Geneva department of security says in a statement to Reuters.
