Rocket fired from Gaza shot down, IDF confirms
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Israel Defense Forces confirms that one rocket was fired toward Israeli communities near Gaza, after a siren goes off in Sderot and surrounding areas.
The military says the projectile was shot down by air defense troops.
There are no reports of injuries or damage from the attack, which breaks nearly a week of relative calm.
