Suspect in West Bank car-ramming attack named
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Palestinian driver suspected of carrying out a car-ramming attack near the West Bank settlement of Alon Shvut earlier, injuring 4 teenagers, is identified as Muhammad a-Rafyah, 22, from Hebron.

According to the Shin Bet, a-Rafyah was released a year and a half ago from Israeli prison after serving time for throwing stones and for weapons charges.
The Shin Bet also says in a statement from its initial investigation, the attack was nationalistically motivated.
