UN rights chief: Fresh US sanctions on ICC ‘unacceptable’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe United Nations rights chief slams Washington’s decision to slap fresh sanctions on International Criminal Court officials as “unacceptable,” urging countries to protect court officials against such “reprisals.”
“Unacceptable new sanctions imposed by the USA against the International Criminal Court’s President and a prosecution staff member must be lifted,” Volker Turk says on X.
