Try these simple chicken marinades for your next kosher dinner party

Prepare your guests a treat with some international flavor with these three Israeli, Thai and Asian-style recipes

These extra-simple marinades each require only five or six ingredients and less than 30 minutes to prepare. The portions listed serve four.

Israeli chicken:

Ingredients:

4 chicken cutlets

4 teaspoons parsley

4 tablespoons tahini

6 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons charif or harissa

Canned, sliced olives (for garnish)

Thai chicken: 

Ingredients:

4 chicken cutlets

6 teaspoons cilantro

4 teaspoons parsley

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 teaspoons turmeric

Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Asian chicken:

4 chicken cutlets

6 tablespoons soy sauce

4 tablespoons lemon juice

4 cloves crushed garlic

4 teaspoons crushed ginger

3 tablespoons honey

Dash of salt

Dash of black pepoer

Directions for all three recipes: 

Combine all ingredients in large bowl or zip top bag.

Heat grill pan over high heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Add cutlets to grill pan and cook over medium flame for 5-6 minutes on each side.
