A crane at a construction site in the Tel Aviv suburb of Ramat Gan collapsed on Sunday, leaving at least one person injured.

The crane operator suffered head and limb wounds, according to the Magen David Adom ambulance service.

First responders treated the man at the scene of the collapse before taking him to Tel Hashomer hospital in moderate condition.

It was not immediately clear what caused the collapse.

Last month, a construction crane collapsed in the Tel Aviv suburb of Bat Yam, severely injuring one person and wounding three others, including a 9-year-old girl.
