Haifa money-changer shot
2 suspects flee scene on motor scooter; victim in light to moderate condition

A man was wounded early Sunday morning in a shooting in Haifa.
Two suspects approached the man, a money-changer, and fired at him before fleeing the scene on their motor scooter, police said.
The money-changer was lightly to moderately wounded.
Police are searching for the suspects.
Haifa has seen increased violence over the past week. On Thursday, an explosive device was thrown at a downtown residential home. The residence was unoccupied at the time and no injuries were reported. Police were investigating the incident.
